This EMU release introduces a range of exciting new functionalities for BroadWorks Service Providers, significantly enhancing their capabilities and flexibility. What’s New?

The EMU 2024 Q2 release, provides expanded support for integrating EMU Core capabilities, including Audit, Compare, Update, Migrate, Provisioning, Report, Backup, Restore, and Delete, with various EMU Functions. These functions include Firmware Distribution Management (FDM), Visual Device Management (VDM), Directory Number Activation (DNA), EMU Analytics, and EMU Assistant. This integration streamlines the operation of various EMU functionalities, allowing them to work together more effectively. By doing so, we are providing users with a more cohesive and comprehensive system that enhances their overall experience and efficiency in managing their tasks.
