BroadSource, proud sponsor of the 2018 BroadSoft Connect Series

Melbourne, Australia | Tuesday 15 May 2018

BroadSource, a global BroadSoft professional services solutions partner, is proud to announce the expansion of its relationship with BroadSoft to now include the value added resale of the BroadWorks, BroadCloud and CC-One product portfolios.

BroadSource will once again have a presence at all Connect events this year, to be held in Melbourne, Mexico and Paris,  kicking off in Melbourne today (Tuesday the 15 May 2018), at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Attendees from all over the Asia Pacific will converge to hear the latest developments in Cloud Unified Communications from the Cisco/BroadSoft team.

Haydn Faltyn, BroadSource co-founder and CEO said, “It is an unbelievably exciting time for our customers who will be attending  the Connect events in 2018.  They find themselves ‘front and centre’ in the evolution of premise telephony to their Cloud Unified Communications services.  After 15 years of specialised Broadsoft based engineering and development, we’re looking forward to sharing our latest product development and project experiences.  We have much to discuss as we help customers manage their growing Cloud UC estate and accelerate the migration of customers to their Cloud UC platforms.”

For the 2018 event, BroadSource is also looking forward to showcasing its decades of experience in the design, delivery and support of contact centre solutions to take CC-One to market.

BroadSource co-founder and COO,  Jason Thals, comments “Replacing a business or government department’s legacy phone system with UCaaS requires replacement of all functionality. CC-One enables BroadWorks based Service Providers and resellers to completely retire a client’s premises based phone system and deliver all functionality, including full multi-channel customer interaction functionality from the cloud.”

Significant enhancements have been made to BroadSource’s EMU and PiPA platforms since Connect 2017.  BroadSource’s customers are now experiencing even more unique ways to manage the complexity of subscriber data on the BroadWorks platform and using PiPA, BroadSource’s patented Mobile Persona Assistant.
